A voluminous top half with gathering in shoulders and a loose, fixed wrap front, gives this LBD a nod to the 80s cocktail dress. Although we love its “modest mini” length (the hem lands just above the knee), its elasticated ruching up the side seams makes for a gathered look which also affords just the right amount of length adjustment, if needs be.
