We’ll always do EVERYTHING at our end to meet your expectations, but occasionally parcels are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.Christmas Delivery Update:
Due to the UK Bank Holidays, orders placed between the 23rd December and the 1st January may experience a short delay.
CAN I REQUEST A GIFT MESSAGE?
All our orders (excluding those placed during sale periods) are gift-wrapped in tissue paper regardless of whether they’re a gift (because you deserve special treatment too, no?). If you want a special message popped into the package as well, our lovely customer services team will do everything they can to help.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER COMES IN TWO DELIVERIES?
Sometimes we send out items in separate deliveries, but you’ll never pay more than one delivery charge.
