Don’t panic. If you ordered by Standard Delivery or Next Day Delivery, the friendly postie will leave you a card telling you where to find it.

 

DO YOUR DELIVERIES TEND TO ARRIVE ON TIME?

We’ll always do EVERYTHING at our end to meet your expectations, but occasionally parcels are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

CAN I REQUEST A GIFT MESSAGE?

All our orders (excluding those placed during sale periods) are gift-wrapped in tissue paper regardless of whether they’re a gift (because you deserve special treatment too, no?). If you want a special message popped into the package as well, our lovely customer services team will do everything they can to help.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER COMES IN TWO DELIVERIES?

Sometimes we send out items in separate deliveries, but you’ll never pay more than one delivery charge.
