Nathalie Clough is the founder and owner of Nathalie Clough Pilates, a boutique Pilates studio based in London. Nathalie is a renowned Pilates and movement expert, who discovered Pilates as a form of rehabilitation following an incident that left her with a slipped disc, aged 15.
It was the infamous Pilates guru and Body Control Founder, Gordon Thomson, who introduced her to the powerful effects of strength and flexibility training, consequently igniting a passion to learn more about the human body and to build her proficiency in Pilates. She qualified as a Pilates Instructor and graduated from Loughborough University, receiving a BSc (Hons) in Sports and Exercise Science.
We have partnered with Nathalie to bring you three Pilates videos that you can follow along with from the comfort of your home. As we are all spending a lot more time working from home, we thought this would be the perfect time to bring you some exercises that will help to improve your posture and strengthen your core.
