WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M OUT WHEN MY PARCEL ARRIVES?

There’s nothing to worry about. If you’re not home, the lovely delivery folk will leave a note telling you where to find it.

 

DO YOUR ORDERS TEND TO ARRIVE ON TIME?

We do EVERYTHING at our end to meet your expectations, but occasionally parcels are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

CAN I REQUEST A GIFT MESSAGE?

Yes. Just tell us you’d like this service when you get to the checkout. More good news? All our orders (excluding those placed during sale periods) are gift-wrapped in tissue paper regardless of whether they’re a gift (because you deserve special treatment too, no?).

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER COMES IN TWO SHIPMENTS?

Sometimes we’ll send out items in separate deliveries, but you’ll never pay more than one shipping charge.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES & TAXES?

The short answer is ‘yes’, but only on single orders over the value of $800. These will be charged by a FedEx customs bill and are your responsibility to cover (should your parcel be subject to a customs search – you may be lucky and avoid the charge). We’d love to have a work-around for this, but unfortunately if we covered these costs we’d have to absorb them into the business elsewhere (possibly via the price of our clothes).
