Do I have to pay Duties & Taxes?

No. No hidden costs. No surprises. Euro orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) Duties and taxes are included, so your parcel arrives with no additional charges or delay on delivery.

Where do you deliver?

We might be a British brand, but we’re big advocates of sharing the sartorial love. So we deliver to over 150 countries worldwide.

How much does delivery cost?

Please note: if you wish us to deliver to military addresses or PO Boxes, Standard Delivery is the only option you can use.

What happens if I'm out when my parcel arrives?

There’s nothing to worry about. If you’re not around, the lovely delivery folk will leave a note telling you where to find it.

Do your orders tend to arrive on time?

We do EVERYTHING at our end to meet your expectations, but occasionally parcels are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

Can I request a gift message?

All our orders (excluding those placed during sale periods) are gift-wrapped in tissue paper regardless of whether they’re a gift (because you deserve special treatment too, no?). If you want a special message popped into the package as well, our lovely customer services team will do everything they can to help.

What happens if my order comes in two deliveries?

Sometimes we’ll need to send out items in separate shipments, but you’ll never pay more than one shipping charge.
