Nothing says autumn quite like a puppytooth-check bomber and that’s why this Sibel jacket tops my list. Perfect for the in-between seasons, it’s a smart-casual layering piece I’d pair with the Gwynnie Wide Leg Trousers for a coordinated, off-duty look. Suede bags are my September obsession, and this rich brown tote ticks all the boxes. It’s roomy enough to house my work and weekend bits, and I love the soft, slouchy shape, it just feels like autumn in a bag.

Grey is my go-to when the weather turns cooler, and this Kennedy coat is pure power dressing. Structured, sharp and elevates anything you wear underneath. I’d reach for this for meetings or when I want to feel a little more put-together on the nursery run.

Lingerie-inspired eveningwear is having a moment, and Baukjen’s take on it is gorgeous. In a rich dark chocolate hue, this dress works alone for evening occasions or layered with a blazer or knit. A little sexy, a little chic.

Short coats are a recent obsession of mine, they let your dress or trousers peek through while keeping you warm. This Janine coat feels luxe with its funnel neck and concealed buttons. I’d throw it on over a maxi skirt or tailored trousers and feel instantly pulled together.

I’m quite petite, so finding trousers that fit can be tricky, but I love that the Fera trousers are now cut for 5’3” and under. They’re an instant favourite in the new collection. Sitting somewhere between tailored and smart-casual joggers, these trousers are going to be on heavy rotation for both work and weekend this season.

Denim isn’t just for summer, this indigo midi is proof that the trend carries straight into autumn. I love the flattering fit-and-flare shape of this dress, with waist seaming and elastic at the back for a structured silhouette. I’m always drawn to dresses that still give you shape, and I’m already reaching for this one, while my summer denim pieces patiently wait for next season.
