Have a style named after you
This opportunity is open to customers aged 18 and over who have received an email informing them of their Friends of Baukjen status. By submitting your details, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions. To have the chance to have new Baukjen style named after you, simply complete the form by following the link in the email which has been sent to eligible participants. Only one entry will be accepted per entrant. The Baukjen team will assess the names given on a monthly basis (until further notice), and select at least one suitable name to be used on a style from an upcoming collection, where possible. If no suitable names are entered during a month then no name will be selected. Suitability will be determined by the Baukjen team based on a number of criteria. We will not be able to select names that we have used on other items in our collection before, or any that cannot be used for legal, copyright, moral, religious or other reasons. All decisions of Baukjen are final and binding in all respects. If your name is not selected you will not be notified. If your chosen name is selected, we may notify you via email. By putting forward your name of choice you agree to let Baukjen use it on a new style from the Baukjen collection, for example the “Emma Dress”, and for Baukjen to own the copywrite of this style.
You will have no rights to this particular style - copyright, legal or otherwise, and no say in how it is designed, produced, priced or sold. All decisions of Baukjen are final and binding in all respects. No reward or payment will be offered in exchange for the use of your chosen name. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Baukjen accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering into this opportunity. #BaukjenStyle Instagram Competition
This prize draw is open to customers aged 18 and over. Entry into the prize draw is on acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. To enter into the prize draw, simply upload a picture of yourself wearing Baukjen and include the hashtag #BaukjenStyle. One winner will be selected at random on the first working day of each month until further notice. The winner will be drawn from all eligible entries submitted between the first and the last days of the previous calendar month. Only one entry will be accepted per entrant each month. The winner will receive a £100 Baukjen gift voucher and will be notified via email within one week of the draw. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond within 5 days of being notified, the prize shall be forfeited and, at the discretion of Baukjen, an alternate potential winner may be selected.
