How does Pay Later with Klarna work?
Klarna allows you to try before you buy and only pay for what you keep. Payments need to be made to Klarna within 30 days of dispatch. Simply return any unwanted items within the Baukjen returns period, and Klarna will update your statement. You can then make your payment to Klarna at Klarna.com

How do I pay for my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, you’ll receive an email from Klarna with payment instructions within two days. You’ll then have 30 days to complete the payment online, at your convenience, with no extra cost. You can pay via credit or debit card at Klarna.com If you cannot log in to pay, contact Klarna’s Customer Service.

My Klarna account.
You can review your latest Pay Later orders anytime by logging into Klarna.com. If you need any help, just visit Klarna Customer Service. Remember to make payments on time. Not doing so could harm your credit rating.

What happens if I don't pay my statement?
Payment is due 30 days after the item is shipped. To help you pay on time, you’ll be sent a reminder email two days before payment is due. Please note, your credit score will be affected if you don’t pay Klarna for your order.

What do I need to provide to Pay Later with Klarna?
If you want to make a purchase with Klarna you need to provide your name, address, email address and your mobile number. For some orders you may need to provide your date of birth, too. All information will be sent to your email address, including payment reminders and links to your online statements. It's very important, that you give us the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive the payment information and so be liable for delayed payment fees.

What happens if I want to return all or part of my order?
Klarna allows you to try before you buy and only pay for what you keep. Simply return any unwanted items within the Baukjen returns policy, before your payment with Klarna is due, and Klarna will update your statement. Please note, our returns window is 14 days from the day you receive your item, but we accept returns for up to 28 days if you notify us (by email or phone) of your intention to return the item within that initial 14 days. If your statement is due before you have received notification that your returned items have been received, you will still need to make your payment to Klarna on time. A refund will be processed once we have received your returned items, and Klarna will then refund your payment.

Will I be accepted?
You must be at least 18 and you must have a UK postal address. You’ll get an instant decision, subject to your financial circumstances. Klarna’s soft-search assessment will not affect your credit rating.

Why have I not been offered Pay Later?
Although Pay Later is widely promoted it is not always universally available. The Pay Later method is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of factors including amount of order, the e-store, previous order history and item availability. Alternatively, you are able to complete your order by paying by credit or debit card at the checkout.

I've received an invoice from Klarna, but I've not yet received my goods?
With Klarna’s Pay Later, you have 30 days to pay, so you don’t need to pay right away. If your payment due date is near and there is no sign of your goods, please call us to check on delivery. You can also contact Klarna Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date of your payment.
